After nine races sailed, Peter Karrie’s Nefeli took the well-earned victory at the Marina Portoroz 2020 Regatta, third event of the Melges 24 European Sailing Series. White Room of Michael Tarabochia was victorious in Corinthian division, completing the overall podium as third.
Nefeli (GER673) kicked-off the third event of the Melges 24 European Sailing Series in style, posting two race wins, a third and a second place on day one and defending its lead ahead of Arkanoe by Montura (ITA809) with two second places and another bullet on day two.
15 teams from 6 countries left the shore at 11:00 and enjoyed excellent sailing conditions throughout the day with 6 to 13 knots blowing from NE.

Melges 24 fleet continues its path back to normality with Marina Portorož Melges 24 Regatta set to go ahead in Portorož (Slovenia) over 10 to 13 September.
The last day of the 2019 Melges 24 European Sailing Series opening event in Portorož concluded with the first victory of Lenny Sailing Team and a nail biting fight for the second place.
